01Scope
This agreement applies when you list objects or files on OAC ("creator") or make objects for OAC orders ("Mini Manufacturer" or "maker"). It adds to the Terms of Service.
02Your work and your rights
You keep ownership of everything you create. When you publish a listing you confirm that:
- It is your original work, or you have written permission to sell it under the license you choose.
- It doesn't copy another person's design, trademark or character without permission.
- Its images and 3D preview fairly represent what buyers receive. Renders are labeled as renders.
- Dimensions, materials and print guidance are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
03What you let OAC do
You give OAC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, render, optimize and convert your files for previews; to deliver files to buyers who are entitled to them; to let assigned Mini Manufacturers produce objects from your approved files for orders; and to feature your listings in OAC promotion. This license ends when you remove a listing, except that buyers keep access to files they already bought.
04Fees and payouts
- OAC's platform fee is [percentage] of the item price, excluding taxes and shipping, plus payment processing fees of [rate].
- Payouts are made through [payment processor] to the account you connect, after a holding period of [number] days for digital sales and after shipment confirmation for physical orders.
- For Mini Manufacturer orders, the order total is split between you (your design royalty), the maker (production and shipping) and OAC, as shown when you enable network fulfillment.
- You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We may need tax information from you.
05Shipping your own objects
- Ship within the production time shown on your listing, and add tracking.
- Make the configuration the buyer chose. If you can't, contact the buyer and offer a refund.
- Package objects so they arrive undamaged.
06Mini Manufacturers
- Only accept jobs your equipment, materials and capacity can meet.
- Use the creator's files only for the assigned order. Don't keep, share or resell them.
- Complete the quality check, including a photo, before shipping.
- Keep buyer details confidential and use them only to deliver the order.
- OAC may pause a maker profile after repeated failed, late or disputed jobs.
07Refunds and disputes
If a buyer is refunded because an object was defective, late or not as described, the refund comes from the earnings of whoever was responsible: the creator for listing problems, the maker for production problems. Payment disputes (chargebacks) are handled with our payment processor; we'll ask you for evidence such as tracking.
08Prohibited listings
Everything under acceptable use in the Terms of Service applies. Weapons and weapon components, items that copy others' work, and content that's illegal where you or the buyer live are not allowed.
09Takedowns and repeat infringement
We remove listings when we receive a valid infringement notice (see Copyright & Takedowns) and tell you so you can respond with a counter-notice. Accounts with repeated valid notices are closed.
10Ending this agreement
You can stop selling at any time by archiving your listings. We may end this agreement or suspend payouts if you break it, with notice where the law requires. Earnings owed to you for completed sales are paid out, minus refunds and fees.
